Biogrow – Copper Soap

Description

Biogrow Copper Soap is a patented, fixed copper fungicide. Made by mixing a soluble copper fertilizer with a naturally found fatty acid. Once mixed, the copper and the fatty acid combine to form a copper salt, known technically as a soap.

The copper soap controls many common diseases using low doses of copper, as low as 90 ppm. The net result is an excellent veg, fruit and ornamental fungicide. Breaks down to form soluble copper, and fatty acid, both usable by microbes and plants.

Suited for use in domestic circumstances, both indoors and outdoors.  As with most fungicides it acts to protect plants from infection. Therefore, it is important to cover leaves, flowers & fruit before the pathogen is able to cause an infection.

Directions:

Use the lower recommended dosage rate as a preventative measure. Spray crops before wet and humid conditions occur, in order to protect your foliage from fungal infections. Is a curative measure at the higher dosage rate.

Copper soap is not suitable for cannabis in the flowering stage. It can form an integral part of a veg stage IPM program when used with other products like Bioneem sprayed once a week.

This product will control fungal diseases such as powdery mildew and downy mildew on veg and ornamentals. It will control rust on ornamentals, late blight on potatoes and tomatoes, and Peronospora and downy mildew on grapes.

Dose: 10-20ml/1ℓ water

Application instructions

Apply as a full cover spray, ensuring thorough wetting of plant. Under wet and humid conditions, apply every 14 days or re-apply after rain. Shake well before use. Do not apply in temperatures above 30ºC.

Compatibility:

Compatible with most common fungicides. Check physical compatibility by using the current blend of Copper Soap and other products in a small test jar. Growers should then test tank mix combos for phytotoxicity on a sample of plants or crops prior to use.

Precautions:

Do not eat, drink or smoke during application. Wash with soap and water after use. Do not contaminate water, food or feed. Do not re-use container. Destroy empty container and dispose of in a safe way.

Warnings:

Harmful if swallowed, avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Keep out of reach of children and uninformed persons. Store in its original bottle, in a cool, dry place. Store away from food and animal feed.
