Atami Hydro Rokz 60/40 is a mix of the high quality ripened, washed, and buffered Cocos from Atami with added expanded clay. It offers all the benefits of growing with clay pebbles, because it provides excellent drainage and a high air content. This ensure the root zone has enough oxygen reducing the risk of disease. Furthermore, the coco fibers ensure that the moisture around the roots remains stable. This creates a buffer that allows a longer period between irrigating.
Atami Hydro Rokz Cocos 60/40 offers many benefits of growing hydroponically. Chosen by a wide variety of horticulturalists, coco peat holds both water and air well and has a high cation exchange rate(CEC). This means it has the ability to provide plants with more nutrients should they be available.
Hydro Rokz 60/40 is inert and contains no nutritional value for plants. Suitable for use with both organic and mineral nutrients.
