How do I pay for my order?

You can pay via PayFast, a secure debit and credit card facility or via direct EFT into our bank account. Via the PayFast option you can also pay via Mobicred, Instant EFT, QR Code and even certain store cards. Those include RCS, Game, Old Khaki, Makro, Builders, Cape Union Mart, Contempo, Keedo, CoriCraft and more. Unfortunately we do not allow cash deposits into our bank account as payment for orders.

For collections, we have card facilities, accept cash and Geo Payments for customers who bank with FNB.

For EFT payments, you will be emailed a confirmation of your order with our banking details. Please use your order number as reference for your payment. Emailing proof of payment to info@happyharvest.co.za can shorten the processing time on your order.

When will I get my order?

Once payment confirmation has been received, we start processing and packing your order. Your parcel is then collected by the courier within 2 working days of payment confirmation unless otherwise arranged with you. Usually we send same day or the next depending on the time of day your order is placed.

Delivery time will depend on your area. For major cities delivery can take up to 2-3 working days while outlying areas can take up to 5 working days. You will receive all the tracking numbers and courier information on completion of your order via email.

We pride ourselves on speedy service, please do put us to the test.

How much does delivery cost?

Depending on what you’ve purchased and the number of items, final delivery costs will be calculated on check out. Our delivery pricing may also increase or decrease from time to time as our service providers change their pricing.

Please note that no delivery service is offered for growing mediums ordered online. Should you wish to have your growing mediums delivered, please email info@happyharvest.co.za before paying for your order to get a quote.

Can I collect my order?

Yes you can. Make sure to select the “Collect Myself” box when checking out. You will be contacted and notified that your order has been processed and is ready for collection.

Use this option if you’d like to send your own courier and email the collection details to info@happyharvest.co.za

We have card facilities so you can also pay on collection.

Walk ins are most definitely welcome weekdays between 10:00-16:20, Saturdays from 09:00 – 13:00.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes, we use unbranded packaging. Just don’t open your order at the office, or your complimentary sticker might fall out!

What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

Please do inform us as soon as possible should you not be happy with the products ordered or services received. We’ll do our best to rectify the situation. We’re only happy when you’re happy. Any info, pictures and comments can be sent to info@happyharvest.co.za

What does “On Backorder” mean?

This is when we don’t physically have the stock with us but it is available. Normally getting it here can take anything from a day to a week depending on the product. It’s maybe best to get in touch so we can give you a timeline on the product you want.

Will I get a discount if I ask for one?

No. Our pricing is very reasonable and is not a negotiation. Watch out for the sales and giveaways we have from time to time. There are also a few permanently discounted combo’s to help you save here.

Do you wholesale or distribute products?

We have a small range of hydroponic products available for wholesale distribution to registered businesses pending an application process. They comprise mainly of additives like pH Down, pH Up, Hydrogen Peroxide, pH Calibration Fluids 4.0 & 7.0, Rooting Powder and Silica Supplement. Please email info@happyharvest.co.za for more info.

Do you sell cannabis flower?

The sale of cannabis is still illegal in South Africa so for now our answer is no. When laws change and we are legally allowed to sell cannabis products we’ll be sure to let you know.
